1 lb. 13 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained
3/4 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together last 5 ingredients. Smash with a potato masher
the sweet potatoes and softened butter. Add dry mixture and
continue mashing. Then mash in sugar. Then add vanilla,
eggs, and milk. After mixed, use hand mixer on low speed to
finish mixing. Pour into soufflé dish. On top add the
mixture of: 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. Grape Nuts 1/2 c.
chopped pecans

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
