1 can bamboo shoots
1 large can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can bean sprouts
1 can Chinese mixed vegetables
1 can green peas
1 can French cut green beans
1 cup onion rings
1 cup diced celery
1 cup sugar
1 cup Tarragon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the vegetables very well. Dissolve sugar in vinegar and heat. Let cool thoroughly and pour over vegetables. This a large salad and keeps a week or more.
