1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, honey and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add well beaten egg. Add peanut butter and salt. Stir in flour and soda sifted together and mix well. Form into small balls of dough. Place upon greased cookie sheet. Press with fork. Bake in moderate oven (350º) 8 - 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
