1 1/4 C chicken broth
1/4 C packed brown sugar
3/4 red wine vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1 T ketchup
1/4 C cornstarch
1 C sliced green onion
3 green and or red bell peppers chunked
2 14oz cans of pineapple chunks, drained

Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil to thicken. Reduce heat and add peppers and onions to soften, add pineapple to heat through
