Sauce Ingredients:
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. chicken stock base
dash nutmeg
dash cayenne pepper
dash white pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Other Ingredients:
2 pounds shrimp
2 pkgs. chopped spinach, well drained
1 cup water chestnuts, drained and sliced
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
For sauce: melt butter and add flour to make a roux. then add
remaining ingredients stirring constantly until thickened. Grease
a 9x13-inch pan and place a layer of spinach, water chestnuts
and shrimp. Pour sauce over and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 350º for 25 minutes.
