3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar

Topping:
1 cup coconut (optional)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients, pour in 9x13 pan

Topping:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Add melted butter
Spread evenly on top

Bake 350º 25 minutes, or until brown.
