1 tall can salmon
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell
1 cup cream
3 eggs
1 cup butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Parsley, Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Salmon liquid into cup. Add milk to equal 1 cup liquid. Bone salmon. Combine eggs, cream mixture, beat slightly. Add bread. Combine thoroughly, set aside. Melt butter, add onion and cook a few minutes, add salt, pepper, salmon, lemon, parsley and egg to mixture. Pour in shell and bake 30 to 45 minutes.
