1 c. all purpouse flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. pecans
2 Tbs. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 lg or 2 sm pkg instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
chopped pecans
grated chocolate

Directions:

Mix flour, margarine, pecans and sugar together. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch panand bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Cool.

In a separate bowl mix Cool Whip, powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla, spread over cooled crust.

Mix pudding and milk together with an electric mixer and beat well. Spread over the cream cheese mixture.

Top with Cool Whip and any or all of the otheringredients. Refridgerate over night. This was my grandmothers favorite dessert.
