2 T. flour
2 T. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/3 c. sharp chedder cheese (shredded)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 pkg. frozen spinach or broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan mix together flour, butter, milk, stock and onion powder over medium heat until sauce is thickened. Let cool then add remaining ingredients and place into a greased 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 325º F for about 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve.
