2 lbs of stew meat (cut into small chunks)
1 large onion (or frozen chopped onion)
1 pk taco seasoning mix
1 tbsp oregano
1 large can green chilis
1 large can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all ingredients in crock pot with meat on the bottom. Cook on low for eight to ten hours. Stir after it has cooked for four or five hours. Spoon mixture on large flour tortilla and wrap to form burro. Can cook on high for half the time. Beans can be added.
We always add cheese and sour cream to the burro.
