1 cup salad oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. crushed oregano
1 tsp. pepper
2 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup lemon juice
Approx. 3 lbs sirloin steak cubed

Combine all ingredients, mix. Marinate steak night before. Stir occasionaly. Grill.
