1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup nuts
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas (1 cup mashed), add sugar and mix well. Sift flour and soda together. Add a little of the four and 1 egg to banana pulp and beat. Add more flour and the other egg. Beat well and add remaining flour. Add butter and nuts, pour in loaf pan.

Bake 45-55 minutes at 350º
