4 large sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs, beaten
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk

Topping:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bake sweet potatoes at 400º for 1 hour.
Peel and mash

Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla and milk; mix well.

Spoon into 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350º for 25 minutes

Topping:
Combine and sprinkle on potatoes
