1 lb. ground beef
3 large onions, sliced
1 c. uncooked minute rice
1 or 2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp salt
1 (16 oz) can chopped tomatoes,
1 large green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Brown beef until light brown, drain fat. Add green pepper and onions; cook until onions are tender. Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper; heat through. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Makes 4-6 servings.
