2-21/2 cups of water
1/2 stick of butter
chicken bouillon cubes
green onions, chopped
celery stalk, chopped
fresh cut cilantro
1/2 piece of hot yellow pepper
1 tsp of sambar masalla powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, butter, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil.

Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes on low heat.
