Macaroni and Cheese

1 1/2 cups of Elbow Macaroni
10 ounce Sharp Cheddar Cheese
(Can use more cheese)
1 Egg
3/4 cup Fresh Milk
Salt and Pepper

Cup macaroni in pot of water till tender.
Drain and set aside.
Slice cheese into thin slices. Use more cheese if desired.
Break egg into milk and beat slightly.
Add salt and pepper to mixture.
In glass baking dish, layer macaroni and cheese,
ending with cheese on top.
Pour milk and egg mixture on top.
Bake at 350 degrees until light brown
and bubbly about 30 minutes.
