4 boneless chicken
1 packet McCormick Fajita mix
1 8oz jar of Tostitos Salsa con Queso
(substitute with Velveeta cheese & 10oz can Rotel Mexican Lime & Cilantro)
large flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until cooked, cool and shred (stove top boil or crock pot)
Put shredded chicken in skillet and mix packet of Fajita with chicken (as directed on packet)

Set stove at 5 or 6 (Medium)
Large pan skillet or pancake skillet non stick no need for Pam if you dint have non stick use Pam.
Put 1 large floor tortilla down take about 3/4 cup shredded chicken fajita mix on top of tortillas then spread on top Tostilos Salsa Con Queso sauce or (Kraft Velveeta cheese sauce mixed w/ Rotel Mexican Lime & Cilantro).
Put another tortilla on top. Let cook until bottom is golden brown, then flip over and heat again till golden brown. Cut with pizza cuter into 6 slices.

Makes 3 large Quesadillas or 18 slices
