1 cup margarine
1 egg
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, egg and sugar. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well. Add vanilla. Shape into small balls and roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Makes 50 cookies.
