2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup milk
4 level tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, milk and chocolate in pan on fire, stir slightly to keep from sticking and allow to boil until 232º is reached, then stir in butter, vanilla and salt and put aside to cool. Now commence beating until too stiff to use spoon, then knead with hand, flatten out in buttered pan and cut in cubes. This makes a soft creamy fudge.
