1 Green Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Red Onion
1 Can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 Can White Corn (drained)
4 Plum Tomatoes (seeded)
Zesty Italian Dressing
Oregano, Pepper, Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dice all peppers, onions and tomatoes.
Mix with corn and beans. Mix all together.
Add either 1/2 to full bottle of dressing depending upon taste. Add oregano, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 1 hour (or more) prior to serving.

Salsa can be made overnight to marinate.
Serve with chips/crackers. Can also be used to top off grilled fish.
Makes a very large portion.
