1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
7 cups Special K or other cereal
6 oz peanut butter chips
6 oz chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar and Karo to just a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over cereal and mix. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Melt chips and spread over cereal. Let cool before cutting. I have used just chocolate chips and it tastes fine. This makes the best granola bar, too! Use your favorite granola instead of the cereal.
