Blue Crabs - 5 dozen
2 - 3 yellow onions (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
7 cloves of garlic (diced)
Olive Oil
5 Large Cans of tomato sauce
Crabmeat
Hot sauce for flavor

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large stock pot, cook sofrito (onion, garlic and green pepper in olive oil). Add in tomato sauce.
Let cook on medium heat for approx. 2 hours. Add crabmeat and hot sauce to taste.
Add in crabs
Cook another 2 - 3 hours. Keep tasting

The true master of this recipe was my father. So unfortunately, we are trying to recreate it. Hopefully this works! The main thing about this recipe is you keeping tasting along the way.
