1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil
4 thin slices part-skim mozzarella
4 rolls, split and toasted
Lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Gently mix together turkey, water, grated cheese and basil in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook over high heat until browned, about 3 minutes. Carefully turn the patties, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Top each patty with a slice of mozzarella; cover and cook until melted, about 1 minutes.

Serve patties on rolls with lettuce, tomato and onion.
