1 cup sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
2 cups biscuit mix (bisquick type)
3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in bananas and eggs. Add biscuit mix and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350º 1 hour. Cool before slicing.

This is lower in fat than your traditional banana bread because you don't use any oil or shortening.
