2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups mini-marshmallows
1 tsp baking soda
3 T cocoa
1 cup Pepsi
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
Frosting: 6 T Pepsi
3 T cocoa
1 cup chopped nuts
1 stick butter
1 lb powdered sugar

For cake, sift together flour, cocoa, & sugar. Set aside. In a sauce pan bring to boil Pepsi & butter. Stir in the flour, sugar, & cocoa mixture. Mix well. Add the eggs, salt, buttermilk, marshmallows & soda. Pour into a greased & floured 9"x12" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min. Cake will have pitted appearance because marshmallows do not completely dissolve. For the frosting, bring to boil the Pepsi, butter, & cocoa. Add powdered sugar & nuts. Mix well. Frost cake while warm. Cut into squares when cool.
