4.5 oz can green chilies drained
8 oz can sliced mushrooms
16 0z Monterey jack cheese grated
1 lb diced ham
1 12 0z can evaporated milk
8 eggs
2 tbs flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 casserole. Mix together cheeses,chiles,mushrooms and ham. Spread in casserole. Whisk together milk, flour and eggs. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
