1 Beef roast ( favorite cut)
1 bottle catalina dressing (16oz)
small red potatoes ( amount according to size of meat use)
1-2 inch carrots (amount same as potatoes)
mushrooms, halved (amount optional)
2 tbs. oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season beef with salt and pepper. Brown in oil.
Pour whole bottle of dressing over roast.
Cover and simmer 1 hour
Or bake at 350º for and hour .
Add vegetables, stir to coat. Turn roast and cover and cooked another hour or until done
