3lbs diceed chuch roast or stew beef
2 medium onions quartered
1 green pepper
1 cup diced carrots
5 medium potatoes diced
1 cupchopped celery
2 tbs hot sauce (optional)
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs salt
pepper to taste
1 can (12oz) tomatoes
1 2/3 cup tomatoe juicePut all

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a roasting pan.
Bake at 250º in the oven for 5 hours
Donot raise the lid until that time is completed
