1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled & thinly sliced
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
Cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

1. Roll cookie dough out onto a large round baking stone or pizza pan.
2. Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees. Cool.
3. While cookie is baking and cooling, prepare topping. Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla.
4. Spread topping evenly over cooled cookie.
5. Arrange sliced apples over the top of the peanut butter mixture.
6. Sprinkle with cinnamon, 1/2 cup warmed caramel ice cream topping and 1/2 cup chopped peanuts.
7. Cut and serve in either wedges or squares.
