1 20-ounce jar of red cabbage (in canned vegetable aisle--looks like red sauerkraut in a clear jar)
1 lb. roll of Hillshire Farms Beef Smoked Sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Cross cut the sausage into diagonal-sliced 1/2 pieces. Fry pieces in skillet over medium-high heat to brown pieces on both sides. Drain to remove the grease and wipe out bottom of skillet. Place the red cabbage in the skillet over medium heat and add sausage pieces on top. Cover and cook about 10 minutes; turn heat to low and let simmer another 10 minutes. Turn heat off; remove lid, and let rest 10 minutes. Ready to serve! Great with cornbread.
