1.5 lbs. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 med cloves garlic, minced
1 10.5 oz can of beef broth
2 cans tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 can 915.5 oz.) kidney beans, undrained
2 cups uncooked macaroni
3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp white vinegar

Directions:
Brown beef and cook onion with garlic until tender. Drain off fat and rinse with boiling water. Stir to separate meat. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni. Simmer 30 minutes; stir occasionally. Bring to boil; add macaroni, boil/simmer until macaroni is done. Serve. Makes about 12 cups.

I could not make good chili until I found this recipe years ago in a Campbells ad. We keep some in the freezer almost year around. If you stop in for a visit, I can usually say, "Will you stay for chili?"
