1 red pepper
1 green pepper
8 oz jar green olives with pimento
12 oz bottle Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stem and seeds from peppers, slice thin and cut into bite size pieces, about 2 inches long

Wash and cut green onions into small rounds including greens

Coarsely chop olives. (you may use "salad olives")

Mix cabbage, peppers, onions and olives in a large bowl.

Add Italian dressing and mix.

Notes:

I prefer Seven Seas or Wishbone Italian dressing because they are not sweet.

You may soak the cabbage in ice cold water for a few hours to crisp it up. Use a salad spinner to remove excess water.
