"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Place a top layer of pastry over the entire dish. Cut small vents in the pastry... design it to your preference. Take melted butter and bush over the pastry.

Personal Notes:
My Mother-in-law , Letha introduced me to blueberry pies. She would whip them up quickly on hot summer days, and the aroma was simply to die for. As a kid, I don't remember my Mother baking blueberry pies, we were into peach cobblers more. Therefore, this was exciting to experience this unfamiliar dish!
Whoo... I was hooked. Try this and I know you will love it. Thanks again to "China McQueen". This is by far one of my favorite desserts to prepare for family and friends.
