Notes: My Mother-in-law , Letha introduced me to blueberry pies. She would whip them up quickly on hot summer days, and the aroma was simply to die for. As a kid, I don't remember my Mother baking blueberry pies, we were into peach cobblers more. Therefore, this was exciting to experience this unfamiliar dish! Whoo... I was hooked. Try this and I know you will love it. Thanks again to "China McQueen". This is by far one of my favorite desserts to prepare for family and friends.
