1 lb lump crab meat
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/3 cup green onions, minced
1/3 cup fresh parsely, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 whole egg, or 2 whites
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs, for coating

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 12 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 8 patties (about 1/2" thick). Coat with remaining bread crumbs and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil over a medium-high heat until a golden brown on each side. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
