4 to 6 large potatoes, boiled, skinned, and cubed
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
3 to 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 c. miracle whip
1 T. mustard
1/2 T. sugar
1/2 T. vinegar
salt, to taste
milk, used to thin dressing to taste
1 tsp. Salad Supreme seasoning (in spice section)
pickle relish, to taste
paprika, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the miracle whip, mustard, sugar, vinegar, and salt together. Thin mixture with milk until sauce is the consistency of heavy cream. Stir in salad supreme seasoning and pickle relish. Combine potatoes, celery, onion, and egg in a large bowl. Fold in sauce mixture to coat. Sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
