2 c. corn meal
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1 c. boiling water
melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn meal, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl. Stir in boiling water. Grease iron skillet or well grease a grill. Use 1/3 c. batter and shape into patties and fry over medium heat in iron skillet. Brown on both sides. Brush each cake with melted butter.
