Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 1/2 c. water (warm)
2 pks yeast (Quick Rise is best)
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil (vegetable)
10 c. flour
2 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine warm water, yeast and sugar. Stir gently. Add approx 1 1/2 - 2 c. of the flour to make a paste. Stir gently again and leave to rise in a warm place. After paste has risen (flour forms an island like dome), add oil, salt and remainder of flour. Mix together with your hands and let mixture rise to top of bowl (again in warm place). Cover bottom of baking pan(s) with oil. Form rolls by pinching off small amount of dough and dipping in oil in pan and roll dough under with fingers to form the roll shape. Place rolls side by side in pan. Let rolls rise again, to the top of the baking pan. Bake in a preheated 375ºF oven. If using a cold oven, rolls can rise halfway to the top of the baking pan. Brush the rolls with melted butter after they begin browning.

Note from Jessie - This recipe makes a lot so just half it for your first try! Once the rolls are removed from the oven, watch your fingers as you try to eat them steaming hot!
