green pepper, chopped
onion, chopped

1 T. olive oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 to 3/4 bag of wide egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, saute' onion, pepper and garlic. Season with Lawry's Garlic salt. Add steak, season with garlic salt and saute' until steak is browned. I usually use leftover steak that we grilled, so saute until steak is warmed through. While doing this, bring your water to boil and boil your noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add to skillet with meat mixture, along with your mushroom soup and milk. Stir well and simmer until everything is warm again. Add cheese cut in cubes to melt faster. Stir all together and serve. This is excellent topped with sour cream.
