One 6 oz package dry bread stuffing mix
One 16 oz container sour cream
One 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
One 10.75 oz can condensed cream of celery soup
One package dry onion soup mix
One 14.5 oz cans French cut green beans, drained
One cups cooked, chopped turkey meat

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and dry onion soup mix. Spread the green beans in a 9x13-inch dish. Top with a layer of turkey. Pour the soup mixture over the turkey. Top with stuffing. Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.

I found this one on line when I was looking for meals to make ahead of time on the weekend, and then eat during the week. This is one of our favorites - you can use leftover Thanksgiving turkey, or I just ask for turkey sliced 1/2 inch thick at the deli counter.
