2 cans garbonza beans, 16 oz
1/2 cup Tahini
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp cumin
parsley, chopped for garnish
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and discard juice of one can of beans. Place beans and contents of the second can including the juice in food processor. Add tahini, cumin, lemon juice and garlic and process until very smooth. Either blend in olive oil or spread over the top in the service dish. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pita bread wedges, accompanied with olives, cucumbers and radishes if desired.
