2 oz ground mustard (Coleman's), one cup
3/4 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup hot water
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, put the first 4 ingredients and process to mix. Add hot water then vinegar and oil while processing. If it is too thick add more hot water. If it becomes too thick on standing, thin with hot water. Keeps for a long time in the refrigerator.
