Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1-1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg
1 medium onion, chopped fine so the kids will eat
1 can tomato sauce
2 T mustard
1 cup bread crumbs (3 pieces)
1-1/2 tsp. salt (I usually just use 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup water
2 T brown sugar
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Make into three small loaves and place in 9 x 13 pan. Top each loaf with ketchup. Place in preheated 350º oven and bake for 45 minutes. Drain as soon as possible. Place on platter and enjoy.
