1/3 cup yogurt or sour cream
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 package frozen peas, thawed
3/4 cup water chestnuts, sliced
3 tbsp green onions, sliced
2 tbsp cooked bacon pieces

For the dressing: in a small bowl combine the yogurt, vinegar, milk, sugar, salt and garlic powder. In a large bowl, combine the peas, water chestnuts, onion, and bacon pieces. Add the dressing; toss lightly to coat. Cover and chill.
