2 eggs
4 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
3 c. bread crumbs
2 T. oregano
2 T. garlic (minced)
2 T. parsley
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
4 slices mozarella cheese
2/3 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs and 1 T. of each seasoning in one bowl. In a second bowl, scramble eggs. After rinsing each chicken breast, soak in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Then brown each piece of coated chicken in a fry pan coated with Pam on low until hardly any crumbs come off.

While chicken is browning, layer a baking pan with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the seasonings and half of the parmesan cheese.

Lay the browned chicken in the pan over the sauce. Use spoon to place some of the sauce over top of each breast. Lay one slice of cheese over top of each breast and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 350º F for 25 to 30 minutes.
