2-3 cloves garlic
28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 habanero pepper
2 T. cumin
OR 2 jalepeno peppers
1 T. salt
1 T. red pepper flakes
3 green onions
1 bunch cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Place garlic and peppers in food processor first and mince. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the tomatoes and mix well with processor. For chunkier salsa add diced tomatoes and stir with a spoon. For less chunky salsa, add tomatoes and mince in processor. Store in refrigerator overnight and serve with chips.
