1 frozen roast, 3-4 pounds (any beef variety, elk, or deer)
2 cans beef broth (Theresa usually uses equivalent of bouillon)
1 packet ranch dressing
1 packet au jus gravy
French rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place roast in crock pot.
2. In medium measuring pitcher, blend broth with dry ranch dressing mix and au jus packet until nearly all dissolved. Pour over meat.
3. Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
4. Slice roast very thin.
5. Serve on French rolls with au jus sauce for dipping.
