4 slices bacon
2 eggs per person
sour cream
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Break in bite size pieces and spread in bottom of pan. Scramble eggs-soft. Spread sour cream (can use half & half) over the first two layers. Top with grated cheese. Let set one day before serving. Use a 9 X 12 pan and spray first. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles. Let set before cutting.
