3 turkey breasts (6 to 7 lbs each) cooked and shredded
3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3 c. thinly sliced green onions
1 1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
3 to 4 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 c. chicken broth
3 c. whipping cream
50 sandwich rolls

In several Dutch ovens or large pans, saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour, basil, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually stir in broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Add the turkey and heat through. Stir in cream; heat through. Spoon 1/2 c onto each roll.
