Topping
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Apple Mixture
1 3/4 lb apples ( 4 cups) sliced and peeled...you may use more apples if you like
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, oats and brown sugar in large bowl.
Stir in butter to make a crumby mixture and set aside

Combine the apples, sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon in 8x8 baking dish.
Stir to mix well. Put topping over apple mixture.
Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings
