Ingredients:  
4 strips bacon
2 tbsp flour
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 oz vinegar
4 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, flour sugar and then add vinegar
Add 1- to 1 1/2 cup water to vinegar mixture
Fry Bacon and drain
Pour mixture over fried bacon and bring to boil.
Remove from heat and let cool so that it is not scalding hot--then you may flavor for your own taste from sour ( vinegar) to sweet ( sugar). Pour over cold dandelion.
**Do not cook dandelion .Cooking makes it bitter in flavor **
